IO1
Learning Nanoscience through plastic arts
To develop a more creative approach to the development of culture, we propose a programme in which nanotechnology and materials science and engineering will provide activities that promote the active participation of society and social inclusion through the arts. We create and develop an open educational resource for teachers, oriented to education on the development of artistic skills and nanotechnology and nanomaterials knowledge.
IO2
Science communication through scenic arts
The COVID crisis revealed, one more time, the urgent need of science communication. We need people with the ability to explain science and scientific research to people with a nonscientific background. This IO focuses on promoting knowledge on nanotechnology and materials science, and enhancing the communication abilities of students through the development of a toolbox of activities linking science and scenic arts. We will create and develop an open educational resource for teachers on science and scenic arts.
IO3
Open-access Educational Web Platform
In addition to providing artistic methodologies for learning science, the EurekArt project has a didactic guide in which the scientific knowledge of the project is dealt with in greater depth. It shows a compilation of experiments proposed to discover the scientific content and the theoretical foundations behind each one of them.
In addition, for each of the topics, a video can be found in which a demonstration of the experiment and its justification can be seen.
